  • Remove all cobwebs reachable on a small step ladder and/ or with a long handled flick duster

  • Damp wipe front entrance door(s) as may be required
  • Where there are lifts, damp wipe and clean mirrors
  • Clean and polish as required any finger plates or name signs
  • Sweep external entrance vestibule and remove any litter / junk flyers
  • Tidy bin stores, reporting any bulky items to Agent with costs for removal
  • Damp wipe internal door frames and window cills (reachable on a small step ladder)
  • Spot clean as may be possible any heavy soiling to walls—only where no risk of damaging emulsioned surfaces

Additional services we provide within our contract

  • Weekly email update to cover any minor events
  • Report any damage noticed from movers in and out supply photos
  • Report any bulk items in the bin store in regard to movers
  • Director available to attend monthly meetings as required
  • Weekly inspection of all working areas and signed off by Company Director
